Feeling good today after watching my food and calorie intake yesterday. Ended up consuming about 1300 calories with a high protein to fat ratio. Although I thought I had an idea of calories, entering my food into the log was a great way to see it in front of me. Just need to try and stick to the plan and not get obsessed with the food....
