day 2 of change. Here I sit glued to my laptop in my jammies. I don't go to work until 4. I have a to do list in my head and I have no ambition. Why do I want to go jogging when I need to go to sleep? I've never been this heavy and I've never been this inactive for sure. I'm not sure what I need to do except just do it. I have to start pinning some bodies I want to look like. But I think that's totally unrealistic because they are not my body. I just want to be healthy. period
