So day one of *REALLY* putting my foot down with this diet.... And what do I do? On the way to the gym, we hadn't ate supper yet, so we stop at Wendy's... Thankfully I had enuf calories left over for the fries, and I didn't eat the bun either... Had diet coke, so no calories there... When will I ever stop eating take out?????

It will happen it takes time to create new habits. There are a lot of great Ideas here on FS. You found a fantastic place to begin your weight loss journey. I found I never leave my home without a piece of fruit and water. Don't be to hard on yourself...keep moving forward!

My trick for when I go out is to keep a few low carb cereal bars handy in my purse. that way when Auntie Annies pretzels turn up..i can indulge in my own food!
