So day one of *REALLY* putting my foot down with this diet.... And what do I do? On the way to the gym, we hadn't ate supper yet, so we stop at Wendy's... Thankfully I had enuf calories left over for the fries, and I didn't eat the bun either... Had diet coke, so no calories there... When will I ever stop eating take out?????
