Not seeming to be able to stay with that Belly Fat diet....there is too much going on in my life. I think I will just try to eat sensibly, get some exercise daily, and focus more on well being than the scale. Maybe if I take the pressure off myself a little the results will come. I need to make this weight loss a lifestyle change for myself - not something that someone else put out there in a book or a video. I know which foods are good for me and which are not, and I research constantly - so I want to put what I have learned in place in my life.
