Stopped eating any kind of ice cream switched over to a cookie with almond milk unsweetened having about a half a carton a day to maybe two sometimes still eating in primarily also trying to ensure I’m not overdoing it even though I meeting all vegetables this was the weekend or any exercise in the morning
