Went to the first after school dinner... hmmm ... epic fail. But had a great time, so back to salad today, I am not even going to make note of what I ate last night( EDIT - I did make note, because I said I was going to keep track of my diet - warning after I wrote down, the evenings menu, it is not PG13 - BUT, with the estimated amount of moving around that I did - I still ate less calories then I burned. I just wont be eating like that again anytime soon.), I know for sure that it was over my RDI. So, my plan is to eat a bit lighter today and tomorrow. Graduation for my son is this Sunday followed by a cookout.
