Today was busy. Started off with whey and water, and had a couple hard boiled eggs and a piece of cheese for lunch. Lots of running and came home and had a small salad with a baked pork chop and gr beans w/mushrooms yummm. Went to bingo and hit the jackpot for $800, that im gonna save for new clothes in June when this weight is about gone!
