I am trying really hard to stay on track with my new Keto way of eating, it has only been a week but my will has been tested. We are trying to get a house ready to move into, the problem is it is 2 hours from my apartment so on our way out of town the hubby wanted to pick up something to eat. I had to think real quick about what I should eat and I suggested Arbys, I ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches - no sauces. So as I am driving through a snowstorm to the house I was picking the meat out of the buns and eating it. It wasnt pretty but I didnt get off track and my hunger was satisfied.🙂
