Today's the day I go back on my diet. I've been putting this off for a while. I kept using excuses like: "I've had a rough day," and "I don't feel well" to keep from exercising. I've been binge eating again as well, mostly on cookies and pudding. I'm pretty ashamed of myself, and I feel gross. So today's the day I take charge of that. I danced for a while today and went walking with my dad. After calorie counting for the first time in months I discovered that I stayed within my 2,000 calorie plan. It's not a bad first day. But I want tomorrow to be a great second day.
