This same thing happens to me every time I diet and if it was a good thing, I wouldn't still need to lose weight. After about a month of dieting, I get to a point where food doesn't interest me and I find it hard to eat enough. It's allready 5:00 and I still have 15 of my 25 points left but I am not hungry and have no interest in eating anything, not even chocolate which is my most favorite thing in the world. Does this happen to anyone else and if so, how do you handle it? Maybe I will have a couple beers, that will kill a few points. lol

I'm not sure it's the same thing, but sometimes when I diet, I just don;t eat because I am tired of counting points and figuring out how many points something is. Instead of bothering with all the point look up and counting, I'd rather just not eat. My life is too complicated some days to add on trying to look up what a single mozzerella stick would be (It was really hard to find - and I never did fiigure it out accurately!) Good luck, maybe try somemeals with friends? Try new recipes? Try a day or two of premade meals (frozen dinners, applebee's WW menu) to make it a thoughtless, almost efgfortless diet till you snap out of it. Are you drinking enough water???? That makes a difference too.
