I went crazy at the end of the day. Rest days are hard for me, but my hip had been hurting a lot. I'm a little dehydrated this morning, but yesterday morning, I did weigh in at 144.1 but I'd already recorded it. But I'm not gonna get super excited by this weight, yet.


I think the weekend I get down to 140 I'm going to go on a hike at Hocking Hills.
