Down in weight due to recovering from a injury that happened almost 2 months ago. Opened my eyes to what I need to be doing in the gym and how I’m going to attack once fully healed.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
