Teetering on 130...extra walking today!

Try the Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Mile DVD (48 min.) by Leslie Sansone. It's really a great workout! I do it every weekend, and the 2 Mile DVD (30 min.) on weekdays. It really makes you sweat, and if it's done in the morning prior to going to work, your exercise is in for the day. Stay strong, and keep your head up!!! Have a good day!

Thanks... I live in the country, so walking outside with no distractions but the birds and squirrels really works. Even in the winter!
