Okay I was bad last night.

Rack of spare ribs and a giant dinosaur sized beef rib. I only have 10 or so fries though. And them only because they had to replace my first rack of ribs due to it being no more than room temp when it arrived.

Yum. In my defence (not that I need any) it's all I ate apart from an apple yesterday, and in fact since Monday afternoon come to think of it.

And I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm not going to feel hungry until this evening at the earliest because right now some 14 hours after I ate... I still feel stuffed.

Well.....with that you certainly got plenty of protein, & protein fills you up for longer :). But I am a true believer of not skipping meals, especially breakfast. Whatever you are doing, it seems to work for you. You already have lost an amazing amount of weight :)

I've never done breakfast. Eating or drinking for couple of hours after waking up makes me nauseous. As for skipping meals, it wasn't so much that I was doing it consciously. At Lunchtime I was still beyond "full". And even that night I wasn't hungry. I couldn't see any point in forcing myself to eat when I was feeling so full though. I did make myself have a tin of soup and 250g of cherry tomatoes in the evening though, purely because though I still wasn't hungry I didn't want to risk waking up in the middle of the night or otherwise affecting my sleeping (I'm an insomniac so I try minimise any problems). I was hungry this morning, and I had a Banana when I got to work.
