I haven't fully counted calories since last week sometime, and I am down this much? lol OK... I'm wondering if when I count calories I'm too worried about hitting a certain number of cals higher than what I may actually need just out of fear of losing my breast milk supply. I wonder if by not counting calories, I eat more intuitively? By having the app, I think I am more in touch with my nutritional needs and make better choices regardless of whether I'm logging every bite or not...
