Went out to dinner with some friends tonight,first cheat since I joined in July. Had a glass of wine and 1/2 a baked potato with teriyaki chicken and a large salad. Had no idea that a 1/2 was 28 carbs,guess the rest goes to the trash. Back on track in the morning.

That's not a bad cheat at all! It's awesome that you had the willpower and "want to" to not eat the whole thing! And wow! No cheats since July! That's amazing! Good for you!

1 cheat in 3 months! You're a trooper! 1 night isn't going to hurt you.. tomorrow is another day...and I bet you enjoyed that "cheat"?! It sounds delicious... :)
