Kinda sorta back on track. Knowledge is power. I am reading and learning and I'm excited about it. Skillpower not willpower! Had a pretty good day today. Frustrating and stressful on the whole but stayed on track and made good choices---mostly. Better than yesturday and I'll take that. Tomorrow will be even better. Yippee!
