If we are consuming such high sodium foods,
We need to sweat it out! Our bodies are meant to sweat!!! Doesn’t matter how, but 20 minutes a day, will keep you healthier and extract those toxins. Plus, if we eat like farmers, we had better work it off like farmers! Today’s Americans are obese because we don’t work as farmers, this is why diabetes and heart disease are the most common health problems in America.

Let’s change our way of eating and be more conscientious of what goes into our bodies.
And portion control. I’m 4’11”, so I should eat as though I am a child. And run around as if I’m at recess. Physical activity, low sodium foods, low fat or fat-free foods are the best way to eat. And we need to eat more fish rather than high animal fat foods.
Vegetables are the best source of vitamins and nutrients.
