6/7/10 So as uaual I've regained all the weight I worked so hard to lose two years ago. It was only fifteen pounds but it was the most I've ever lost during a diet. Usually I lose 2 gain 3, lose 2 gain 1, lose 2 ... well, you get the idea.
But Kevin's wedding is over and there's no other activities coming up that require nonstop eating. Well, they don't really require nonstop eating but I've been programmed like Pavlov's dog to think that any activity requires nonstop eating!
So, I'm trying again. Here's some goals I'm aiming for:
Exercise at least 4 times per week besides time with Ange Limited to no eating after 8 pm Keep a food journal; i.e. fatsecret
I'm thinking three goals are good to start with! I don't want to tax myself too much!
