Thanks for the encouragement all :)
Well, the bad news is, I forgot to weigh myself this morning before I ate breakfast. The good news is, Adam and I got up bright and early this morning and went for a walk. My biggest downfall with all of my attempts to lose weight has been my lack of exercise. So far so good though!
Later today we're going over to my grandparent's condo and using their weight room and then going for a swim. I figure, any little bit helps :)
I'll weigh myself tomorrow lol
