its taken me six weeks to lose nine pounds and with no cheating....sigh....wish it was a bit faster...but by Jan 1 at this rate....I will have lost 11 more pounds..so that would put me at 146...I have committed to becoming 140....so it looks like I will have to step up the pace a bit...somehow....
