I'm back. I'm going to weigh myself in the morning. Once I know how much I weigh, then I will decide what plan of action to take. Did a considerable amount of walking today. I guessed at how much...I can't believe I let myself get this big...Stay tuned for the big weigh in.

Welcome back! It's so good to see you've returned, ready for another run. Don't feel bad about any gains. Afterall, that is why we are all here! We've all gained and regained and gained some more. The important thing is you are here and you want to make a difference in your life. Good for you!

Good luck on the weigh in. You can slowly add in the exercise. Do you have a friend that likes to go to the gym?

I just moved to the city a few months ago. I don't really have many friends around to take to the gym with me. I'm still trying to talk my boyfriend into joining one with me. I think we might once we're both working (we're college students at the moment haha). Hi Evelyn! Thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad to be back. I already know I've gained some, but I'm not going to let the numbers get me down. I see you've had even more success since I've been here last. Good for you! Keep it up Sweetness :)
