I feel like I did good yesterday. I am feeling a bit under the weather today but still made myself take my 'break' and walk. I feel more alert for it and will take it one day at a time.

I need to get my tape measure out and use that and get some numbers. Still have not worked up the courage to get on the scale yet...maybe next week. I am just glad I can still wear my jeans (they could fit better).

I have to keep reminding myself of the aches and pains that I have from (I believe eating the carbs). I am considering going to a naturopathic doctor, but taking all of this one day and one step at a time. My Runkeeper is good to track my walking and distance and time and speed. Hoping it will be an adder to motivate me.
