I ate too many snacks that were kinda pointless in calories. So after saying that I had a pretty unsuccessful day. But tomorrow is weigh in and until tonight i had a great week and didn't let food temptations get in my way, so hopefully the hard work as a whole pays off. I can honestly say I am improving on my weaknesses but they are still there sometimes. But the choices now are so much better than the choices before. I prob used to eat my whole day calories in one splurge.. Progress is improvement....
