So I took my first measurements today since I started. It's been about 6 weeks. Here are the results!
Right Upper Arm: -0 inches Waist: -3 inches Hips: -2 inches Right Thigh: -2.5 inches
People have noticed my weight loss from my face/neck area. I didn't record a measurement of that last time but I did this time so we'll so how it goes next month!

What a great idea! This might even work for my husband who is, at the moment, too heavy to use a standard scale (he estimates his weight at 425, we know it's over 400).
