So so far week one has been relatively good. I had a funeral to go to yesterday which was sad but I was proud of myself as after at the wake they had sandwiches coffee and dessert. I only had one quarter of a salad sandwich and no dessert. I feel I am more aware of my choices and I am saying no to foods that I do not need just because it is there. when it was my mother in law birthday I only had half a cup cake instead of a whole one. If I can keep up this mindset I know I can get there. It’s all about choices, we teach our kids this sometimes we have to practice it our selves don’t we. Tomorrow I will do my one week weigh in. Fingers crossed 🤞 Also thank to the supporters on fat secret for just being there and always being motivating and positive.
