Day 2. Drank my smoothie for breakfast, but ate leftover chinese food cuz I didn't want to spend any money at work. Will try to get some exercise today. Weekends it is harder, but I have to stop making excuses.

End of the day. i ate a little bit too much, especially carbs. And no exercise. I worked today. My bones hurt. Gonna make a real effort to walk tomorrow after I drop kids to school. I feel great walking.. Just hurts after. Doctor Wednesday to address this.

Gotta get to Bed Bath and Beyond and use my coupons for two things:
1. scale
2. Zero water pitcher
