I started the 3 day military diet yesterday... It calculates out to 1200 calories for me. It feels good to have instant results ;) I think most of it is just from all of the water I have been drinking.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
