Haven't been doing very good. Need to get back on track. Haven't been putting in my food and exercise. Think I need to do this. It seems to keep me on track. If I don't do these two things then I usually don't eat right or excersize at all.
Besides that things are going good. Going to parents house this weekend its my brothers 40th birtday today so we're going to bbq for him on Saturday then take him to the local indian casino for his birthday. It should be fun.

Nothing else to report right now.

Aw, I do sympathise as just getting out of my own exercise routine this weekend, then having school holidays here, it's been much harder to stay on track this week! But you can do it... so keep up the the great work and hope you have a fabulous time at your brother's 40th on Saturday. :o)
