Not bad - 11 lbs in 2 weeks - I hit my 10 lb mini mark - now onto the next 10 lb mini mark by Thanksgiving...loving this eating plan!!! That's a little more than 7 weeks away so I think I will be able to do it! Never thought I'd find something that actually works for me, but I think I found it. Wish me luck!!!
