I have started my intermittent fasting and orange theory. Seems it is easier this time in that I have last time for experience. Making much better food choices and aware of all food coming into the house. No alcohol and lots of water. I have a lot more confidence going in this time. I really believe I will make my goal... kind of felt in the wind before. I think the fasting has given me this confidence. It can be difficult, but after seeing I can succeed through being hungry I feel very empowered and in control.
