Weighed less this morning and did well the rest of the day. Looking forward to being under 90kg tommorrow morning.
I also did well controlling my crabbiness today, even though the hubby has been a real papa poopy-pants lately.
My work is always nervous...they are so focused on rush-rush, earn-earn. No potential real-friend types there, when I usually make my friends at work. I am stilling looking for a friend I can confide in. Maybe there really is nobody that wants to girl-bitch as much as I do. Oh well. I will throw it out in the ether than, just to get it off my chest.
I don't really want to spend any more time away from my kids, but I really need some other kind of human contact than work-stressies and kid-related crowds. I was debating joining a gym, or some kind of club, or overeaters anonymous. I don't really know if I want to focus on weight so much, but was leaning towards something a little more fun.
Suggestions? I have plenty ideas for back-home, but unfortunately I am living in Germany now and have tried lots of stuff, but just never have felt comfortable in groups here. I could just go to the English-speaking drinking nights, but that would counter-act the diet.... Hmmmm.
