On Sunday 10/7/12 I started again to write down all my veggie, net carbs, protein and water for each day. I will follow the new Atkins plan faithfully and completely this week. I will make sure I get the recommended veggies carbs, net carbs, protein and water in for each day. I will also watch my protein and fats to ensure that I am not overdoing it on those items.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Mommycat :) As of today Oct. 8th I am a week in on the Atkins diet.. I believe I am going to have to check how much protein and fat I am eating a day.. I am following the Induction strictly but I may be overdoing it on the protein and fats (not sure) ... Sooo I say all this to say I hope we can be buddies for support....
