OK. Well, I am tired of yo-yoing and not being able to get back to my ideal weight and stay there. You would think that 5 pounds wouldn't be that hard. But somehow it is. I guess I just need to be more dedicated to the goal. That is why I joined fatsecret. OK Day 1.
