I ended up gaining weight this week. I been tracking my progress all this week, by scale, and was noticing the numbers were going on. So on my official weigh-in, I wasn't surprised, but disappointed where the number was at. For the last two weeks, I have incorporated strength training in my program. I have talked to two health coaches and they all say, I am gaining muscle and I should be using other ways to track my progress. So I have started tracking my inches more closely. I will also get my Body Fat % checked again. I haven't had that done since June. Hopefully those numbers will show that what I am actually doing is actually working. Until then, I will continue to eat right and exercise. These 60 days on Insanity is going to be INSANE!

Keep up the excellent work Poohbear5517. I wish I knew at age 31 what I know now and that is as one ages, the pounds are harder to drop. Don't get discouraged because of the number on the scale. Your coaches are correct, muscle is heavier than fat but muscle burns fat so that is a great thing. I sent you a buddy request and I hope you accept. I need someone to be accountable to on this new path I am traveling.

Things are going in the right direction (down) now so I am happy. I think sometimes your body gets confused and has no idea whats going on. You are eating less, working your body more. Its not an overnight process. Im glad I stuck to it and now seeing results. Yes I have accepted your buddy request. We can get through this together.
