Back on the wagon again, friends! MUCH has happened since I was last active. I spent two weeks in a mental hospital. I met my best friend. I took a homeless alcoholic in to live with us in March, and he is still with us and will always be a part of our family now! I spent six weeks in California, watching my mother die, and then went back out for her funeral. But, through it all, my weight has continued to stay UNDER 200 (which it had not been for about 5 years or more!)
Today, I begin a 2-week "Boot Camp" with my best friend, during which time, we will devote ourselves to: the Keto WOE; learning more about God and studying His Word; studying and APPLYING the principals of C. S. Lovett's book, "Dealing With the Devil;" applying the principals of Rhonda Byrne's book "The Secret;" writing and reciting "Positive Affirmations;" working on the book WE are writing; committing to a regular exercise regimen; and other various and sundry, life-changing endeavors.
Happy 2019 to everyone! This is the FIRST day of the rest of your life! Live it to the fullest. Do something today that will make your tomorrow's self PROUD! May God bless you all "exceedingly abundantly ABOVE all that you could ask or think!"
