I'm genetically quite small boned so I'm just using this as a kind of diary to trim up again and get to my regular healthy weight. I also have extremely really irregular sleeping habits so often I nap in the day which means I have to eat around my sleep, I've tried extended periods of veganism and intermittent fasting but I'm trying keto to see if it gives me energy while helping me get to my regular weight as the other two only made me much more tired.
