YoYo dieting...my weight is fluctuating more than the stock market...so not good. I'm trying to lower my intake to.1200 calories a day...so I can get some weight off.
295.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 160.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
