I feel so much better when I follow a healthy diet and exercise everyday. I took a few weeks off and all the while I was paranoid that I was gaining it back, which i wasn't, but I couldn't sleep as good. I couldn't get out of bed easy, i was tired and i wanted to sleep all the time. I also noticed my belly getting bigger.

I have been working out everyday for a week now and i sleep good, can get up with out feeling tired and my pants are fitting better. Just shows you that being healthier is such a benefit rather than just making excuse.

Awesome! I have slacked the past couple of weeks with diet and exercise and you're right! I have been so much more stressed out and it's been much more difficult to fight the urge to binge. Exercise is key to getting healthier. Im getting back on track starting today.
