Today's going just fine!
It felt weird skipping a day at the gym yesterday but I got right back into my workout schedule today!
I did 40 min cardio, abs, and strength training for about an hour.
I am so happy to be doing something about my weight and my health, that I just really don't know what to do with myself. LOL!
well I have CRAZY amounts of homework to do since this is my day off, so, talk to you guys tomorrow!
CAN'T WAIT TIL MONDAY!
