One pound down, 2.2 to go to get back to my "pre-binge" weight...
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One pound is one pound that seems to be my magic number for weight loss. It sure makes bingeing not worth it. :) the rest will go.
