I have completely lost all focus...been going thru stressful situations and health issues that I have completely let myself go. I walked passed a mirror yesterday and felt ashamed of what I saw. I decided then I wanted to take my life back and not be depressed or stressed. I want to get back in shape and feel confident when I look in the mirror. starting all over again...pray for me guys.
