I am not doing this next year. I had so many company holiday lunches and then dinners I couldn’t control myself plus I’m not exercising at all. By the time I get home I go to bed to get up for work again and do it all over. I gave everything away to my team yesterday so it s not in my office on Christmas Eve when I go in. I will never fit in my New Years dress and my arms will look horrible.. why do I do this to myself every year at the time!!! 👿👿😭😭🤬🤬🤬
