Yesterday's work out has me feeling so sore in my hamstrings and butt! Here is a summary of what I did.
Warm up on treadmill and stretch with foam tube Jump rope 50 + 25 single legs Walking lunges with hands at ears Plyometics (with L-shaped arms) High Knee Jumps (forward and backwards) Long Jumps (forward and backwards) Jog and sprint (forward and backwards)
