haha.. today is my rediscovery of fiber. when i was doing strictly weight watchers (which i am still doing the point system but recording my calories here instead) I was obsessing about points only rather than getting a healthy amt of fiber. I was choosing 1 point sandwich wrap with minimal fiber rather than my double fiber which was 2.5 points for 2 slices. Fat secret is refocusing me to healthy eating not only in the amount but also in the WHAT I am eating. loving this!
