I have been very busy this week at work with preparing 2013 budgets. Where is 2012 going? I haven't had a lot of time this week yet, but I got my 50 burpees done again yesterday. I am sore from those things. My legs were screaming no last night while doing them. I am going to the gym tonight and I can't wait! More later...

Thanks for ur support, kimjinxie. I appreciate it! Just got back from my walk today. Wore bad shoes and got a blister....lesson learned. Thanks for the good wishes for the upcoming Dr appt. Hoping for at least a small improvement, but keeping in mind I'll have been at this just a week and a half when I see him.
