Back from Costa Rica. Celebrated the big Four-Oh there on beautiful, black sand beaches. Did well there because we were in a condo and had to cook our own food. Didn't go out much. Trouble started when we got stranded in Bush Airport in Houston. Did you know they have a Pappadeaux's with a BUFFET for $11? 12 hours in the Houston airport packed on 6lbs. Everything was fried and salty. I didn't drink enough water or have any healthy snacks to munch on. Back to the beginning! I seem to be gaining and losing the same 5lbs over and over.
