Hi Everyone! You are all really inspring me here.GREAT to hear of everyone s adventure in weight lossland. We've all got a huge start on New Year s resolutions.....for weightloss being healthy and all those good things. We Ruby my beautiful 18 Y O Black and white kelpie was here. we use to charge around the track up to the highway, about 1 km..quite steep for me as a newbie. Ruby used to love it. We used to clean up the track from beer bottles can, takeawy containers general rubbish. I went back today for the first time in months and got quite a haul. About 10 beer cans, which now get 10 c each from recycle, and 2 big bags of rubbish. will go back and move the tyres,and bigger bits. I'll try and move the car engine..WTF ! Then I did my normal walk, quite warm and humid, great for a fast walk.. A Surprise 18121 steps 657 calories 11.6 km !! My wet clothes weighed 700 grams...phew what a sweat! feels great. Whats everyone s favourite music they walk too? I've got Chris Isaak Day Spring Joel Wiseman 10 CC Does anyone mainly walk for their exercise? Have a great week everyone. Other way form the track is a REALLY steep hill,,will give that a crack in the week #FeelingStrong!
