Hi everyone,

I'm doing great. The cravings for salty and sweet snacks have disappeared and my mind isn't always on food. This is all thanks to following Paul McKenna's plan. He is doing a weekly show on the learning channel called "I can make you thin". I am still following the points too but I don't think it's going to be necessary any more because of following the McKenna's plan. If any of you try his plan let me know how it works for you.

I've seen a few people doing this and seems to be working for them. So great work on managing to keep that mind off food and keep up the great work. :o)

I just started using PM's 4 golden rules. I'm about 3 episodes behind, but I'm Tivo'ing them all. I find that I am eating so much less already, and since I'm allowed to eat whatever I want, I'm not OBSESSED with binge foods. Any tricks to this that you have found helpful?

olygirl, I haven't found any tricks but I think it may be working too well for me. Most of the time, I don't want to eat anything. I think that the episode where he had us associate our craving foods with disgusting things worked a little too well lol.
