The hills are alive...with the sound of weight confusion :)

My chart shows such consistently recurring peaks and valleys, it's a little strange-looking picture...well, at least the last one was merely a small hillock !;)

Sooooo many things affect our daily weight that it is only possible to see the bigger picture in a longer range view. The weight of the food that goes in, the weight of the food that goes out, the weight of the water you drink, the weight of the water that goes out, your hormones, your exercise level, the atmospheric pressure, the length of your hair, etc, etc. Recording daily weights is going to look much like the cardiogram of a hummingbird. If it didn't, we would have to wonder what planet you were from!

I love your title, Sister Maria! The good news is if you look at your graph in the small form, the 'hills' blur together and all I see is a think blue line sloping downward! No I have not been drinking :D PS Listen to evelyn, she knows what she is talking about!
